Q: Does the quality of your items reflect the price we are paying?
A: No.  We deal directly with manufactures from all over the world.  When dealing direct we have the ability to offer a direct pricing model.  See the "About Us" section for more on how we can offer true wholesale pricing.

Q: What are your MOQ?
A: We pride ourselves in building relationships with manufactures in North America and Asia. This being said, it’s not uncommon to have MOQ that start around 1000 units.  Some of our pens even have a MOQ at 2500.  Having a high MOQ really just makes sure our clients are from the corporate world.  While it would be nice to process every order we receive, it’s really not where our strengths lay.  Having a MOQ of 2500 is really of little concern for us, we’ve seen the pricing of some of our items at less than 60% of our competitors.

Q: Can you please tell me about the different shipping options available?
A: If you’re in a rush to receive your item we’ll do what we can to process your order, but we may have to send you to a different vendor. We’re focused on quality, price, and working directly with the manufacture on making your order. Providing you know in advance when your promotional items are required we’ll do what’s necessary to get your order the most efficient way possible.

Q: What are the lead times for the pens?
A: As we work with manufactures around the world our lead times are always changing. If you want the selection, the quality, and the pricing benefits, sometimes you might have to wait a little longer. Lead times can range from days to weeks depending on the product selected and the method selected for shipping.
